Fiqh (Arabic: فقه) literally means knowledge about something and understanding it.[1] Figuratively it refers to Islamic jurisprudence and is an expansion of the Islamic code of conduct, often supplemented by the Sunnah and implemented by rulings derived by jurists. Fiqh includes extensive details in regards to all aspects of a person's life, including acts of worship.
